    Match the entire lot number, including letters and dashes. A compound name or cap color alone cannot identify a report.

    Choose the matching lot, then use Open PDF on its card. Review the compound, strength and results in the original document.

  3. 03The issuing laboratoryAn independent place to check the record.

    Use Verify with lab on that report. If the laboratory asks for an access code, copy the one shown on the card.
