Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water)
Bacteriostatic Water is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a bacteriostatic preservative. The benzyl alcohol inhibits microbial growth, allowing the vial to be used for multiple entries over a 28-day period after initial puncture.
Each vial is manufactured under cGMP conditions and sealed with a flip-top cap and butyl rubber stopper for needle access.
