Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays. During high-volume periods, minor delays may occur. Tracking information is provided for all domestic orders once fulfilled.

Carriers

Domestic shipments are delivered via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, based on destination and package specifications. International orders are subject to customs clearance procedures that may affect delivery timelines.

Risk of Loss

International Orders

International buyers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import regulations of their jurisdiction. Medvinci Research will not issue refunds or replacements for shipments seized or rejected by customs authorities.

Payment & Chargeback Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

For large-volume orders, bank wire or ACH payment may be arranged. Contact us directly to coordinate.

Final Sale

Due to the nature of our research-use-only products, all sales are considered final. Refunds or replacements are issued exclusively under the terms outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.

Quality & Research-Grade Commitment

Every product Medvinci Research supplies is independently tested and documented before it reaches a customer. Our quality program is built around verifiability, not marketing claims.

Third-Party Testing Standards

• Purity: HPLC-verified at >99% purity per batch
• Sterility: Tested in compliance with USP <797> standards

Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are published for every batch and are accessible to customers for independent verification.

Traceability

Each vial carries a unique batch number traceable from point of manufacture to point of delivery. Customers can cross-reference their batch number against the corresponding COA at any time.

Intellectual Property Policy

Ownership

All product descriptions, logos, trademarks, website content, and marketing materials are the exclusive property of Medvinci Research LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, redistribution, or modification of any Medvinci intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Repackaging & Resale

Customers may not repackage, rebrand, or resell Medvinci Research products without express written consent. Violations will be subject to legal action to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Regulatory Compliance

Medvinci Research sells exclusively to qualified researchers, laboratories, and institutions. We adhere strictly to all applicable federal, state, and international laws governing the sale and transport of research-use-only materials. Purchasers are responsible for ensuring their use of these products is lawful in their jurisdiction.

Ethical Standards

We do not condone the misuse of our products for human or veterinary administration, recreational use, or any illicit purpose. Medvinci Research reserves the right to refuse sales to any individual or entity where non-compliant or unethical use is suspected.

Commitment to Research Integrity

Our mission is to enable reproducible, meaningful scientific work through high-quality, fully documented materials. Transparency in testing, traceability in sourcing, and consistency in documentation are non-negotiable standards — not differentiators.

Liability Waiver

This Liability Waiver (“Waiver”) is entered into between Medvinci Research LLC (“Company”) and the purchaser (“Buyer”) of our research-use-only products. By purchasing, accepting delivery of, or using our products, the Buyer agrees to the following terms in full.

Research Use Only

All Medvinci Research products are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes. They are not for human consumption, veterinary use, clinical application, diagnostic use, or any therapeutic purpose.

Buyer Representations

By placing an order, the Buyer represents and warrants that:

• They are a qualified professional, institution, or entity with appropriate expertise, facilities, and training to handle chemical reagents safely.
• Products will be used solely for lawful laboratory research, in compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international law.
• The Buyer understands the inherent risks associated with research materials and assumes full responsibility for those risks.

Assumption of Risk

The Buyer acknowledges that handling chemical reagents carries inherent risks including chemical hazards, toxicity, contamination, and improper storage consequences. The Buyer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the possession, storage, handling, and use of Medvinci Research products.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Buyer releases and discharges Medvinci Research, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from:

• Injury, illness, or personal harm
• Property damage
• Financial loss or regulatory action
• Improper, unauthorized, or illegal use of products

Indemnification

The Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Medvinci Research and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or attorney’s fees resulting from the Buyer’s misuse of products, violation of this Waiver, or claims brought by third parties relating to the Buyer’s use of our products.

No Warranties

Products are provided AS IS, without warranty of any kind — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Medvinci Research makes no guarantee as to the suitability or outcome of its products for any specific research application.

Governing Law

This Waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
